Context

They needed a product designer to lead the redesign of their app — integrating new features and solving workflows that were causing problems for users — as well as building a new dashboard to manage the establishments.

My role

One of the main challenges was designing the management of tasks and incidents. Tasks had several levels of depth — processes, tasks, subtasks, incidents — and, depending on their progress, different states that could move backward or forward based on each role's decisions. All of this multiplied exponentially across the different roles in the system.
